Making a purchase is easy with Kiwi Gifts.
Browse at your own leisure our shopping pages, choose your items and add to your shopping cart. When you have finished shopping, go to the checkout and confirm your order and you can pay safely with any major credit/debit card via our secure SagePay payment gateway, we can also accept payment via PayPal. We do not hold any customer card payment details on our system, we are notified by SagePay or PayPal when a payment has been made for goods purchased. Or should you prefer, we also accept payment by cheque.
Once payment is received, your order will be confirmed, processed and you will be notified when your goods will be dispatched. We endeavour to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days, depending on the time of day your order is received. Orders paid by cheque will be dispatched once the payment has cleared.
Any order can be cancelled within 24 hours, usually after this the goods have already been dispatched. Please email us at sales@kiwigifts.co.uk. This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it or call us on 01376 327340 requesting your cancellation and quoting your name and order number, and you will receive a full refund.
Items on our website are described as near as possible to help with your decision to purchase, but colour may differ slightly from time to time, but we try to be as accurate as we can.
Goods will be posted first class and all items of jewellery will be sent recorded delivery for security reasons, so will require a signature on delivery. We try to keep postage & packing charges as low as possible, and for most items the delivery costs start at £2.85 and we combine the delivery charge for multiple items purchased, and orders over £25 delivery is free.
All delicate items are dispatched in a box for their protection.
Please allow 15 days for any undelivered items to be investigated after date of dispatch, and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
You can within 21 days of receiving goods from Kiwi Gifts, return any goods you are not completely satisfied with. We don't accept returns of pierced earrings unless they are faulty, due to hygiene reasons.
Once you decide to return any products, they must be unused, and must be returned to us undamaged and in the same condition and original wrapping that they were sold to you and delivered in.
We will on receipt of the returned items, exchange for other goods, credit or refund through SagePay or PayPal, the price paid for the items returned excluding delivery charge or any other postage costs, just let us know your choice. Please note we do not offer pre-paid postal returns.
Regrettably we can only provide a refund or exchange for a lost return once we have been provided with a proof of posting.
Once we receive the item we will process the return and exchange or refund within 5 working days. Please allow at least 10 days from posting the item back to us for the refund to reach your account through PayPal. Cheque payments will be refunded by return cheque. You will be credited the amount you paid for the goods returned excluding any delivery charges, unless the goods are returned as faulty.
We do not accept returned items that have been damaged due to mistreatment.

Christmas Gift Purchases:
Please Note: Any goods purchased as a Christmas gift from beginning third week in November, may be returned for a refund or exchange by 7th January following.
